Information:
- Precision vise in steel for use in numerical machines for all kinds of operations requiring almost perfect dimensions.
- High manufacturing accuracy allows vices to be used in an assembly. Maximum base deviation ±0.01 mm.
- On both sides of the body, there are channels along its entire length for clamping the vise with clamping feet.
- The movement of the jaw on the bed is perfectly balanced, free feed with no perceptible play.
- The interchangeable jaw inserts ensure versatility of the clamping tool; depending on the insert model fitted, it is possible to clamp the relevant components (even shafts).
- A quick-clamp system in the movable jaw allows the jaw position to be changed instantly without time-consuming cranking.
- The special design of the insert sockets presses the workpieces downwards against the body.
- The jaw support is responsible for locking the jaw in position.
- Mounting the unit on a dedicated swivel base allows full 360° rotation around the axis.
- The fixed jaw on both sides has threaded holes to attach special bumpers to stabilise the position of objects.
- On the underside of the bed are grooves for locating stones to set the tool in T-slot tables.
- The necessary accessories for fixing and proper operation of the vise are included.
